  Arrived beautifully packaged and boxed with gift bag, cleaning cloth and 2 choices of rings to attach to it to thread a chain through. What more could you want in customer care? The item is absolutely gorgeous - I have bought many times from Ursula, she has fantastic communication and posts very quickly, she is most definitely one of the best on eBay.
