  Thank you. I brought it in an iPhone box to the UPS Store. I asked the manager of the UPS Store to package it properly for a smartphone. He did so in front of me, using the official box that UPS uses to send smartphones. I am sorry that you didn't like the packaging. I did not skimp. I paid the official amount for the official UPS packing for a smartphone. I also upgraded your shipping to a more expensive, faster service, at my cost. Enjoy your iPhone.

  Product was exactly as described, open box. Instruction manual had a small fold and mic yolk left an indent on foam windscreen, both came out easily. Shipping seemed a bit high for ups ground, but that may have been due to package weight and/or insurance. Thanks for the quick turnaround and shipping!
