It works as expected, it holds the cabinet wires in place on a 19" rack.

Does the job, but ignore the wiring diagram

This patch panel does the job, it mounts on the wall and you can wire it from behind for a neat installation. Great for basement or closet installations. Please note it's a 110 block, and should be wired as a 110 block. It has a sticker for 568A/568B wiring on the back, which is confusing because it should not be wired as a 568A/568B jack.
