This was an X-mas gift and I asked for the refund once the USPS checked in the purchase. He did give me the money back but now I don't have enough time to get a new gift. Buyer beware. Works perfectly on Win7 x64 with an Xbox One S controller!
1 of 2 found this helpful Worked natively when I first plugged it in, synced up with the controller no problem. The XB1S controller can also work with a bluetooth adapter, but only with Win10, as Win7 isn't officially supported. I'd tried using bluetooth and some workarounds, but the controller never fully worked until I got this 'OEM' Xbox One adapter. This really made it super simple to use a modern controller on the BEST version of Windows.
Product came cosmetically perfect in an envelope, with a complimentary 3' USB cable.
