This was nothing but a mess between saying it's been out for delivery sense Jan 18th to the package finally showing up ripped open and no item I will say seller stayed in contact replied instantly and worked to try to figure stuff out ultimately got a refund but seller was great and understanding when I was very pissed about this entire fiasco

I bought the item on a leap of faith hoping that the teddy bear was still in working condition and still sang the song. Thankfully it does. Shipping time was a bit slow took almost 10 days to arrive once shipped but overall I’m happy about the purchase. My gripe is that the seller never responded to my inquiry as attached in the screenshot. Communication with prospective customers is crucial to overall satisfactory experiences.
