All things being equal, I bought it for the colors, orange head, orange shaft and orange grip; hook em horns.
The Callaway R & D did their job, marketing did their job and now it's up to me to do my job and with two rounds under my belt I have.

Cobra SZ 440 Driver with YS shaft.
Cobra has the nine points of contact face for us average drivers of the ball that can not find the sweet spot with our hacker swings, which is good. Better is the YS graphite design shafts, which is the engine, a powerful and dependable source of control when our swing is so out of control. Even if you don't know what you're doing, this club in your grip creates confidence.
This combination keeps the ball in the fairway, which is a needed step in reducing your score.

It is OK
1 of 1 found this helpful I did not like the hand held type and knew this would be simple to use and it is, but..... out of the last eighteen holes I played on five or six of the holes it had advanced to four holes ahead of the hole I was playing. When I made the adjustment to the hole I was on, the yardage was usually spot on. This was a wide open Texas golf course and really no reason the unit kept losing where it was. That said, it is what it is and for the price, I will keep using it and make the manual adjustments as needed. When on the correct hole/location, it gave the same yardage as the Bushnell my parner was using. So for the price, I am happy with it.
