18V Battery Charger Positive Review
The product is functional/operational @ this time - it charges my 18V batteries & indicates when the battery is fully charged.
The initial confusion was about the User Manual & the LED operation depicted on the charger - both indicate that while charging the green light should be ON & upon fully charged the light goes OFF.
In reality, while charging the green light is flashing & upon fully charged the light turns to constantly ON.

Identical to the original
As my home lighting automation stopped working, the CM15A interface became a suspect & got replaced with the CM15A from eBay.
The open box new product looked exactly like the original one & was expected to operate accordingly.
Once the batteries were installed & the unit plugged-in, I heard the peculiar sound of the system recognizing the interface & observed its presence in the Series Controllers' list - both signs of a functional product.
As all timers & modules were downloaded, I was able successfully operate the lights manually & automatically, according to the schedule.
