GREAT Value charger

This is a very easy to use, intuitive menus charger. It can recognize and properly charge or refresh older batteries. Manual is simple and accurately describes the functions of the charger. Caution: battery terminals need to be clean and flat. The charger is a little sensitive. During the charging process I would recommend not to touch the batteries. It may cause an interruption of the charging cycle and you will have to start from scratch. The capacity indicated at the end of the cycle is an indication of the health of the battery. If you run the same battery trough multiple cycles, you will get different values every time. I had some batteries going up or down on the mAh rating 30-50%. We need to accept that as the batteries are very dependent on the internal chemistry and the variation is normal. Overall it is a nice charger. You drop the batteries in and you can forget about them for a while. The "Refresh" cycle takes time. I am happy with the purchase and I have the piece of mind that I can determine which batteries are good or bad.
