Great detail was put into the packaging to ensure that the PC was not damaged in transit, and it arrived all the way from New Mexico to the east coast within a matter of about 4 business days.   The items arrived promptly and worked well. However, I knew I was in trouble when the package arrived completely mummified in packing tape. It took fifteen minutes to figure out how to extract the two taped-together boxes that were inside and get them separated and opened. The drives were wrapped in bubble-wrap that was all taped up with lots of plastic peanuts filling the boxes. It took another five minutes to clean up the mess. Shippers should make it easy to open packages they send.
