The Datamax I-Class is the bread and butter of the label printing industry
2 of 2 found this helpful This is by far the most common and best label printer ever designed. Ingenius design makes it easy to use and maintain. Be aware that this product is a lot like buying a vehicle. There are many options available. Understand that before you compare products to be sure you are comparing apples with apples. Example: The unit listed here doesn't have a ribbon option so it can only print as direct thermal. That means that the label itself must have the ink embedded on them to produce a label and that label will only last long enough to maybe ship the product (in other words, this design is made for creating shipping labels or labels that only need to exist for a few days). The ribbon option, purchased seperately would cost about $99.00 or more. Back to the product: This printer is made in Orlando, Florida which means parts are readily available and cheap so you can maintain the unit. The consumable parts are extremely easy to replace. Platen rollers and printheads can be replaced in less than 30 minutes each without experience. The labels can be setup on specialty software or just on Word or Excel using Windows printer drivers. They are light weight, but heavy duty. I've seen them last 15 years without much maintenance performed on them. Purchase this product with confidence. Easy to install, but not sure of how secure it is
I limited space now and therefore I needed a place where I could put my large computer monitor in a place I can use to work and tuck away after I'm done. The product was easy to install and seems steady enough except where the monitor bracket attaches to the base. It seems a little less steady which is just enough to keep me worried about this thing one day collapsing. I can't say for certain that will ever happen, but I wish I felt differently about it enough not to worry about it every time I move the swivel back and forth. Since the overall product seems so sturdy I wish they had thought of that part as well when designing the product.

Magic in a box
1 of 1 found this helpful This little box changed how I viewed digital entertainment. As long as you have a solid internet connection then the sky is the limit. You can literally gain access to any type and content of digital entertainment. Catch up on old or new shows. Watch your favorite movies. Listen to a classical Beethoven symphony or the latest hip hop or rap music in the industry. All you have to do is think and access it. The larger remote with the keyboard is not an accessory... it is a must have. The frustration of navigating this system with the standard control would be the only negative I would have to say about the product. Thankfully the keyboard option with the mouse pad is available and solves that little dilemma. So go ahead, acquire the product and enjoy!
