HP ProLiant ML350 G6 (600426005) Server

Rock solid for a home lab or small business

While now 3 generations ( 4? ) behind, this server is rock solid. iLO makes remote management easy, parts are easy to find, and with the flexibility of SATA or SAS drives you can build a very solid home lab server. I personally run 5 virtual machines, including a firewall 24 hours a day. I never think about that server --- it just runs without issue.
