  the item purchased didn’t even up working, but the seller was very helpful! he offered a full refund to send it back, or a partial refund if i didn’t want to mail it back. this was all resolved within the day it was delivered. the item not working wasn’t his fault at all. the thing was almost 23 years old. stuff happens! his packaging was very secure too. no damage to the item in transit. i’d feel very confident ordering from him again!
