MIRRO S-9890 Pressure Cooker Part Gasket Sealing Ring

Perfect fit and great functionality.

I received the new seal and got right to it. Washed it in hot water to get the manufacture oils off of it. Then dried it off, put a light coat of cooking oil on it and put it into the pressure cooker lid. It fit perfectly. Put the broccoli it, added some water. Closed the lid and fired it up. The seal did its' job perfectly, with no steam leakage. Well worth the cost of the seal for my 10-1968 Mirro-Matic cooker.

Mirro-Matic 4qt pressure cooker great for cooking for any household

I have had one of these since 1964. I still use it a lot. Got another one dated 1968 for my daughter. Very simple and easy to use, It has a safety valve for overpressure. The jigler is easy to clean. The lid and pot have locking lugs to keep two parts safely together while cooking. As an added feature the two handles also have a locking latch to prevent someone from accidently opening the pot while cooking. I makes an great extra pot for standard cooking as a 4qt saucepan ..

Awesome sauce for you table.

A very nice sauce, not overpowering yet still has a nice tang. Compliments fish nicely. I use it on baked potatoes, French fries and in sandwiches. I plan to repurchase when I run out of this sauce.
