  The listing title indicated the picture was signed by Neil Peart which was false. The item was sold at a price of $600 under completely false pretenses. And to add insult to injury, the shipping was $69. A complete rip-off all the way around. If the seller will refund my money, I'll gladly ship it back to Ohio.
