Seller notified me that while it was being pack, a rattle was heard and they found a piece had come loose. It was listed as NIB. I was asked if I still wanted it and the seller was kind enough to give me a credit. I appreciate the communication about expectations and the credit. It was overall a very good experience. The item was also nicely packed which is helpful because the delivery folks in our new location are not that careful with packages.

I’ve been on eBay for about 30 years and this transaction and seller absolutely do things PERFECTLY. The item beat out the competition prices, it was immediately shipped out and the packing and used was spot on. My item was in a bag carefully wrapped and sealed and then surrounded by packing paper and placed in a new box that exactly fit the item. No excess OVERPACKING of endless bubble wrap & tape everywhere. It was by far the BEST eBay purchase I’ve ever made. Definite A+++
