WeberQ is like new
My WeberQ once again heats like a charm. I should have replaced the tubes a long time ago. The tubes fit perfectly and took less than 10 minutes to install.

Workhorse of a toaster
2 of 2 found this helpful The Dualit toaster line is as quirky as the British who hand make them. The toaster isn't fancy with electronic gadgets and gizmos to fry an egg or make the coffee. It is simple and durable. It has a control knob to select the number of slices of bread to toast and another to choose the degree of toasting. When it is done, the timer clicks and the heating elements shut off. It doesn't "pop" the toast up, but rather keeps it in the chamber and warm until it is removed by the user. That feature can be annoying to some folks. It is a small adjustment to which one will get accustomed. The crumb tray easily slides out for cleaning without having to turn the unit over or in any other way lift it. Replacement parts are available, if in the unlikely chance something needs to be repaired. Personally, I like the esthetics, durability, and the function of this toaster so much that I purchased another for our summer cottage.
