Dangerous & Inaccurate

I got one of these from harbor freight a few months ago. I had to set it on 1000V just to be able to test a 120V outlet without getting an overload on the 200V setting. When I went to pull it out of the socket one of the plastic grips for the test leads just slid down the wire, leaving the metal probe exposed and still in the outlet.

Good CCNA Switch

This switch seems to be a good option for a CCNA rack. The fans are PWM controlled, so when idling it is almost silent, and IOS 15 has been released for it if you can get your hands on it.
