The CD has scratches, doesn't play well.

The CD has scratches, does not play well. It skips in more than one spot. I tried cleaning it, no change.

Great jazzy alternative to the traditional felt beater.

I'm a jazz drummer, both big band and quartet. And I'm old...so the lambs wool beater is the perfect sound for me. Way better than the punchy felt beater for the music that I play.
