SONY makes it simple
So many modern devices you can't use without an instruction manual. I was able to play CDs and tune the FM radio within seconds of opening the box. The product I received was "like new" in original packaging. And it was much less expensive than Amazon.

Expect to buy another one in 3-4 years
1 of 1 found this helpful This model is no longer sold retail so when my old one died I had to get a replacement on eBay. It is very simple to use and the "one-pot-does-it-all": you fill it with water, pour it, and then it is a sealed thermos which keeps your coffee warm for hours without a burner.
