Nice product, great price, just wouldn't connect to my services

I like the appearance of the product and I loved the price, it just wouldn't work even after contacting the manufacturer, Even after I was told they no longer support this model they still tried to assist me. unfortunate.Nice product

Reasonabley priced and works well
I like the Arris Modem and it worked well with my services, but it was very difficult to set up the phone portion for what ever reason. It works fine once the phone portion was setup.
