Poor product
Product not usable. In order for the item to work, the knurled knob must be turned to create a suction between the holder and the windshield (or disk that is intended to seat the device). Knurled knob cannot be turned sufficiently to create a suction because the material used is too stiff. Have tried to increase flexibility but cannot do it.
Product is a loser.

Best Product with Best Supplier

Phone arrived in excellent condition and its operation is mint.
