Works well but clean it before using.
Just this fluid extractor for changing differential fluid. Worked pretty well.
The only thing to be aware of is they must put some kind of petroleum jelly or something in there from the factory so it slides back and forth. I cleaned it out of the end with q-tips because I don't want whatever that was getting mixed in with the differential fluid.

Works but not an exact match or fit compared to previous one
It sorta kinda fits a driver's side 2009 town and country. I installed it and it's working, but it was a pretty tight fit onto the door panel. I ground off some of the metal around a screw hole so it would go in a little better. And the black plastic screw holes are .25-.50 inch or so shorter than the previous one. Basically I had to put screws in or it would keep popping out of the door panel holes. Everything else seemed fine.

Good and cheap small motherboard
I bought it so it could be a IP phone (magicjack) server. It runs all the time so I don't have to have my main computers up and running.
Motherboard runs fine so far, havn't had any issues with it. I'm using both fan connectors for case fans even though one is labeled cpu fan. CPU doesn't need a fan.
One thing negative I noticed about it is that the VGA cable for a monitor I have doesn't connect very well to the motherboard. This leaves distortion on the image. No it's not my cable or monitor as it works fine with another computer. Be wary if you're planning to use it with a VGA monitor connected to motherboard.
