Buyer originally asked and got a 30% discount on an already discounted item. She claimed there was a squashed stink bug in the cardboard packaging flap. She wanted me "to make things right before leaving negative feedback". She had the option to return it for a full refund which she chose not to take. I would not give her a refund. She left me spurious negative feedback. I am currently contesting this abusive use of the feedback system with eBay.
