Items were not exactly as described. Ryzen CPU's arrived with several bent pins. Was able to correct and CPU's are functioning as intended. Issue on one of the two CPU's may have just been from poor packaging. Seller was responsive to my issues and accepted some constructive feedback, made the best of what could have been a poor experience.

Overall positive experience. Card was as advertised except the photo showed a low profile bracket, the item delivered had a full height bracket. Messaged seller and they quickly offered to pay to return the item, so excellent customer service dealing with an unexpected problem. I was able to find a low profile bracket so I've decided to keep the item as the card itself works perfectly.

STAY AWAY! Was supposed to get a "new unopened and in original packaging" SSD. Instead what I got was one in a anti static bag with none of the original package contents. Contacted the seller and asked to ship it back and mentioned I have no printer. I am now waiting for eBay to step in because they will not provide a QR code. Absolutely terrible seller, avoid at all costs. I purchased the same unit from 3 other vendors no issues, these guys are the only ones peddling used items as new.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Our apologies about that. We clearly made a mistake here and want to make it right. We're also looking into how this happened and got through our extensive QC process, so we can learn from it. Regarding the return label, the Post Office should be able to print it, similar to UPS Stores. We like the QR code idea, we're looking into how we can accommodate that in the future. Certainly will makes things better. Again, our apologies.
