Does NOT fit
I own a 1973 Monte Carlo Show Car and ordered your MagnaFlow 15894. Your website says it fits! WRONG! It fits the 1st Gen Montes (1970-1972) BUT NOT the 2nd Gen Montes (1973-1977) The chassis is completely different. Muffler shop tried to install, but was advised it may rub coil springs and control arms (they were right)
I called MagnaFlow and was told "we have sold 401 units (15894) and have never had this problem. WELL GUESS WHAT?!?! 1st problem right here. My response to that is, "maybe all 401 units sold were for the 1970-1972 body style. PLEASE restore may opinion on MagnaFlow. I am the secretary of a club car here in NY, we give HUGE Carshows annually. Please do not make me feel I just threw away $1000...unit plus installation.
