Tuesday, Light Me Up!
1 of 1 found this helpful Hands down one of the best movies ever made. The story is amazing, and the characters speak to real life and hardship. Gus Van Sant is an absolutely awesome director, and the Keanu Reeves/River Phoenix combo is unstoppable. River Phoenix was an amazing man, and I love how all of the main cast worked with real sex workers to get the story right! River even worked with a person with narcolepsy so he could accurately portray the disorder.
This movie is one of those movies that you see it and just say, "Wow. I need to own this movie. This is the best movie" and if anyone has ever experienced or even hears about sex trauma, they will feel a certain catharsis with this movie.
10/10. No doubt.
