Seller sold an printer that was described as brand new. Shipped in a box that had clearly been opened and resealed. They responded with "Don't worry it was opened but never used, that's why we described it as new." Upon inspection of the item, there was ink throughout the interior of the device (on the rollers, in the reservoir). The item was returned, however rejected for 4 days as no one was available to receive the package. Now I'm fighting to get the refund still.
