every bit as good as a factory unit. great for utility high current 12V switchiing applications

nice efficient ballast

using these to convert old F40T12 4 foot fixtures to LED T8's but must use T8 electronic ballasts. these fit the bill, about 60 watts for all 4 bulbs better than more than 3 times that with the T12's
