Headache
Everything looks correct now, but the original item was incorrect. I'm glad that I assemble it right when I recieved it, to see that it was incorrect. It seems to be correct now.

Expensive
Tool worked great on a broken 5/16" tap removal. Wish it cost a lot less, but did a great job on the removal. Would have been upset if it failed to remove item , but didn't (did a great job).

Looks good
Have not used yet, also I wish the different freeze plug size was stamped or labeled some how on the installers. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 for now. Will tell more once I use them.
