An inexpensive way to extend the useful life of your shoes.
Shoe Goo extends the useful life of shoes; repairs delaminations in multilayered soles, and reattaches soles to shoe uppers. By the time these problems occur, the shoes are probably worn to the point of not being the first choice for social occasions or strenuous sporting activities; but are still usable for activities where appearance is not a priority (e.g., taking out the trash, checking the mailbox, or a quick trip to the store). As this product extends the usable life of footwear, it keeps shoes out of the trash for a long time. I often repair my shoes multiple times with Shoe Goo until the lace holes give out, and I can no longer secure them to my feet..

Mixing separated oil into concrete-like peanut butter is a necessary trade-off when opting for products without hydrogenated oils found in most commercial offerings. Doing this with a stiff knife is effective, but stresses the hands and wrists, and can aggravate arthritic swelling and pain. This item does the trick: Easy to use, cleans up nicely, and does a very good job of mixing. I bought two; one for myself and another for a friend with chronic hand pain and weakness due to health problems. She loves this, and is going back to non-hydrogenated products. This product was a featured recommended gadget on a popular PBS cooking show, which initially got my attention. Ordering a two-pack was a good deal, and included free S&H. Make sure you order the right model #, which corresponds to the diameter of the jar lid. This is a gadget you are going to use.

Hard to find 18"X36" size
This size covers full tub bottom, so you can move around safely without slipping off smaller footprint. Hard to impossible to find this size in brick-and-mortar stores. Sticks securely and comes off easily when finished. This item replaced same which finally lost its stick after many years of daily use. Nice price, too ($17, inc. S&H). Safe, clean, and happy with my new bath mat!
