Cheap fix if this is the problem
With only 3 boards in the TV, it makes the fix pretty easy if your screen is good. But, troubleshooting this power supply isn't really clear. Even though I watched videos on how to tell if it's good, they didn't work. I thought I had a bad power supply from the voltage measurements but it wasn't so - I had a bad main board. This power supply worked great (as did the old one) once I replaced the main board.
