Fixed my printer problem
1 of 1 found this helpful I checked with the comments "in the community" and saw another high rating for this. My printer suddenly stopped working and I was in no position to purchase a new printer and get all the set up done since I am working from home...especially with the pandemic, I did not want someone coming in to my home to set up a new printer...this product was recommended and while it sounded like a lot of money and I wasn't sure it would fix the problem...but I tried it...someone "in the community" gave tips on installing it...like use the ink cartridges that come with it....the instructions which came with it were not exactly clear...but I was able to insert it and it worked! So I am happy with the purchase right now...It even came earlier than it was supposed to...arriving on a Friday rather than the following Monday...which saved me a couple of days for work...
