Great book, but dated.

Great book, but dated. Lacking more recent and critical molecular biological topics (primary cilia, hedgehog signaling). Students beware that this older version may not cover all topics in a modern course. Great reference for much of the molecular biological dogma (DNA, RNA, Protein structures and functions).
