Great when it works, but power supply died withing 30 days

Bought this from the official Razer shop on eBay as a refurbished item. It broke within 30 days. *sad* When it worked, it was great though! Powered my portable gaming device through the USB-C port while providing a much superior gaming experience. But after a couple of weeks, it started to simply disconnect from my device as if it had been powered down. The only way to resurrect it was by detaching the power cord fully and waiting 10+ minutes. Eventually, that stopped working too. As far as I can tell from what I have observed, the power supply failed, making the whole contraption useless. Now I have to send it in for a warranty repair. Took me an hour to fight my way through the Allstate Protection claims system, but I got a shipping label for it. Of course, I got rid of the box as soon as everything was working, so that's one more hurdle to overcome now. And I have no idea how long it will be in the shop for. If they will replace it, fix it, or just refund me eventually.

Easiest mod ever!

Works exactly as advertised. It literally took me 5 minutes to install and that was because I re-read the instructions several times, because I couldn't believe it was that simple! Highly recommended!
