Easy to replace
This unit will last about 10 years. I know that because lived in my condo for 30. I've replaced it twice now including the one that was here when I bought the place. Whirlaway has kept the same design and mounting hardware. I had to swap out the power cord which is really easy. I took my time and still replaced the old unit in less than an hour. I don't know if other units will last longer, but, for the price its a bargain.
