Product has great potential but has a glaring issue.
This could just be an issue with my adapter but it could also be a larger issue that effects others. The product contains two parts the top housing with a Type C outlet adaptor and the lower housing with Type A/I outlet adaptor. The top works great, you get a snug fit in both the outlet and plug. The the lower housing is the only issue, the prongs are supposed to rotate to match the Type A and I configurations but they don't. They get stuck about halfway and you can't plug it into a Type I plug. I have even tried moving it with pliers to no avail so it must be a manufacturing issue. This would be a solid product but contains this glaring issue.
