  I paid immediately, but he took 5 days to send out the package and he said the ear buds were used but like new condition. When fully charged they randomly cut out on side or the other, as if they are malfunctioning. Very frustrating.

  This item was under full warranty at the time, however there was no email or contact just a temper tantrum,Bang & Olufsen is a great company and would have fixed or replaced with refurbished pair, easy company to work with, eBay gives 3 days to ship was 2 days late, hardly a reason to destroy feedback rating , KARMA101 what goes around comes around!!!
