  Items clearly advertised as Athleta Rainier tights and I was sent 2 cheap worn out leggings instead. I contacted seller and he blamed eBay for the incorrect label/heading/ad and told me I could ship back the rights at MY cost for HIS mistake. Seller knew he was selling a different item than he was and then expected me to pay for his misrepresentation. This is fraud~ don’t buy from this seller. I’m out my money and these tights are JUNK. If I could give 0/5 stars I would. Will be reporting.
