  Unit arrived sooner than expected and packaging was great. Case was boxed and saxophone keys and components had sponges inserted to prevent rattling. Shipping is 5* Unit was clean and looked exactly as described, My daughter did a play test and it seemed ok but we need to check with different reeds and mouthpieces to ensure its working correctly. All buttons and actions seemed to be in proper working order. Great seller who communicates well and even through in a neck strap.

  Shipping was delayed a week, but the horn finally got here. There was a piece of octave key mechanism that got dislodged in shipment, but the seller guided me on exactly how to get it back in place with a little screwdriver. Packing was great.
