Thanks for making this old classic available with new illust. and low price
Wonderful book for children and adults - nice to have something so clever it keeps the adult reading to a child interested. Was surprised to read in the bio section of the book that Hugh Lofting was such a promising civil engineer that he came to the US and got his degree from MIT. He was then patriotic enough to enlist in WWI in the Irish Guard, but came back to the US to provide many important civil engineering projects for this country that gave him his education. He retired in California. His bio had as many good role model examples as his fantasy about Dr. Dolittle.

And hollow inside, so will not be a problem to move/store as would a brick size of brass.
