Great First Juicer
7 of 7 found this helpful I've borrowed an old Champion and I believe the Breville extracts more juice. Our family has been using it almost every day since it arrived. I soak the pieces in hot soapy water in the kitchen sink while we eat dinner and it cleans up beautifully. I have successfully juiced kale and spinach by packing the chute full, with the machine off, and then juice on low. Running the pulp back through the juicer on low gets the last bit of juice.

Extended the life of our refrigerator
Replacing the door gaskets extended the life of our 1990 era Admiral refrigerator. After installing use a hair dryer around the closed doors to seal the gaps.

Sharp blades without the blood!
I am an anticoagulant user, so any time I can avoid tempting fate with razor-sharp edges, I am happy. The first time I used the blade changer tool, it was dicey, but now that I have the hang of it, it's a life saver! (sarcasm).
