I contacted eBay and was told by their agent, Christine, they would give me a coupon for $18 US. When I went to use the coupon it was not there. I contacted eBay and was told by another agent, Raven, that the coupon was never issued. Raven said she would issue the coupon for $18 US but when I went to use it, it was only for $10. eBay customer service is either incompetent or liars it seems to me. Shameful!

The seller never dispatched the item and never made an attempt to resolve the issue when I used e-bay's resolution mechanism. Very poor experience with this seller.

Never sent me the book that I tried to purchase, nothing. Tried to contact the seller no response. I would like a refund. I waited long enough, just refund the money please!
