DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE NO RESPONSE FROM SELLER

Hi I Purchased this Cartridge for my printer. Unfortunately when i needed it 2 months after purchase i installed it correctly like i have done many times before and it was defective. I called HP Helpline they told me it was defective. I went to staples bought another worked perfectly. I CONTACTED THE EBAY STORE DIRECTLY FOR RESTITUTION 3 TIMES AND STILL NO RESPONSE. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER ON EBAY AGAIN tHEY HAVE GIVEN ME NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR OPTIONS
