Bad 2DS

I ordered this 2DS and was very exited, seeing it so clean, new and functional only to have it die on me 4 days later.The DS was light and flimsy but I thought that was just the way it was made and dismissed it. Later on, while I was playing animal crossing I noticed some of the buttons were late to respond. Later on it just kept bugging out, turning off and showed an error screen. When I tried to turn it off and pressed the power button, the screen went black but the lights indicating wifi and power were still on. After trying for a while, it still hasn’t turned on or completely off. This product was cheap, and unsatisfactory.
