Overall decent experience

Wish I'd known that it didn't come with a charging cable, I bought this as a gift that was then late because I ended up having to order the cable after receiving the zune without one. It did however, come with a wall adapter lol. Not much use without the cable. The zune itself was good value, it looked rougher in the photos than it actually was and after removing the damaged screen protector and a little detailing I had a close-to-new device.
