Smartthings: GREAT! Tech support for wifi: Non existent

The device, so far, is really great. The tech support is mixed. For smartthings, support has been great so far. For the wifi functions, support is a mess. Samsung says "call Plume for wifi support" (plume makes the wifi mesh system in this device). You call Plume, and they say (you guessed it)... that they do not support the Samsung devices. So support for the wifi feature is a mess. Overall the wifi feature has worked really well, but I have had a couple of things to chase, and that has not gone well. Bottom line: I recommend this ONLY for really tech savvy users. It is not ready for consumers because tech support for the wifi side is simply a nearly unusable mess.
