There's a reason why there's no picture of the back side!
2 of 2 found this helpful The item was received in fine shape and the quality was as indicated. However, on the back side there are 6 slots that hold metal clips/springs that hold the cap to your wheel. Two of the metal clips/springs were missing and I have been unable to resolve the issue.

Good but needed updated drivers and software.
Works OK but disappointed with the advertising for the product. Based on the picture of the box on the advertising for the product I went to the D-Link website to see the specs for that pictured product. D-Ling website indicated that it was ready to work with Windows 10. When I received it in the mail the product would only work with Windows 8. So I had to go to the D-Link website and chat with a rep to help me update the product to work with Windows 10. An unexpected amount of time that I had not bought this product for. Despite the disappointment, I still rated the product on the merits of its operation once it was updated instead of my experience.

Good value, functionality not described well
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Not enough description of the product to know what it's exact function is. I thought I would be able to split the incoming connection simultaneously between outgoing A and B connections. It turns out that it is an either A or B choice but not both.
