Just a pleasure to have. Perfect for the coffee or tea drinker who ‘has everything’.
I drink a lot of coffee and tea. It’s great having hot water at exactly the correct temperature ready when I want it.
Pros: Does just what it’s supposed to, more efficient than heating water in kettle on the stove, easy to see water level, standby mode, two speed dispenser is great for drip cone coffee filters
Cons: power cord too easy to accidentally disconnect, cannot use quick temp to heat to highest setting without using boil function or filling to less than capacity

Great product
I have other older Ecobee thermostats and Echo devices in the house. This was the perfect solution for other areas that did not have Echo capability. The remote sensor will be very useful also. It’s a great comfort to be able to monitor the heating system when we are away (including getting alerts should there be a problem).
I give it only four stars because I had to go to YouTube to figure out how to install in an old home with two wire heating control. It really is simple and Ecobee could easily give directions. It was a little scary knowing a mistake could brick the thing.
Pros: high quality, easy to set up and operate
Cons: takes some effort and skill to make it compatible with older two wire heating system
