About

I expect feedback when I pay for an item. Although I understand sellers wanting feedback first, I would hope they make an exception considering my feedback. As I will only reciprocate.

For the Price its Great!
First the Cons: Its not elegant, but a similar white plastic to most kitchen things. A little deeper than some cabinets but stand-offs allow overshoot and it looks ok, used a right angle F-Type adapter to connect CATV Autoscan puts channels in its own sequence, unrelated to actual channel this is kinda weird, but another review suggests can be compensated so this would be kind of an involved hassle not an issue for a limited channel distribution: SAT, DVD, Door-Cam, Media Player, DEC, versus 78 re-assigned CATV Channels Now the Pros: Its Kitchen White. Versatile positioning angle of the screen Good Picture, maybe great for 7 inches Great sound, ok not Bose or Altec Lansing... FM tuner seems quite funtional other units can be 100-200$ had it up and functioning without checking instructions In summary, if you buy this unit after reading this, and DON'T like it, contact me, I plan to get a couple more

Nice Phone with Intercom feature
I looked at many items for an intercom application. I felt this would add that function, without adding more and different types of devices. Be sure to isolate the ADSL data feed from the rest of the house phones. Be aware the 945 does not have Caller-ID. Very easy to setup, define intercom/extension number and your done. Maintains internal info with std. 9V battery. I am very happy with this unit.

Rugged, easy to use
Pros: rugged, knobs are protected, battery and jack bay have nice "O" Ring seals. So while I wouldn't want to submerge it, it seems splash-able. Buttons are Scan Up, or Scan Down. frequency band/schema switch selectable Cons: The Jack Bay must remain exposed when using a power adapter (6V) I purchased it as a tool-box item for A/V trouble-shooting I hate to recommend it too much, as I intend to buy another as gifts
