They should grip the road, not the individual.
It does not have a comfortable grip. I think you meant to ask "how is the grip" or "how well does it grip" but it lost something in translation.

I haven't ridden them yet, but I'm very confident that they will be excellent.

The plane truth.
Good product, as described. Worked right out of the package but benefited from minor dressing to develop a razor edge. It is for a very old model plane so I was happy to find it at such a reasonable price, still in its original sealed packaging.
